Circle of Stones Ritual Theatre Ensemble is a professional, non-profit theatre company based in Emmaus, Pennsylvania dedicated to using theatre as a means of catalyzing and inspiring positive community transformations. The ensemble consists of professional actors, dancers. composers, musicians and playwrights.

Meet the ensemble!

Currently, our focus is on participating in the exciting revitalization that is taking place in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Beginning in 2008, all of our programming will take place in The Queen City, including:,

• Continuing the creation of Gilgamesh, a professional play presented as a
  catalyst to the revitalization of Allentown,
• Writing three original plays which will be performed by inner-city youth for
  our Pebble Theatre Outreach Program,
• Presenting our annual Green Man Festival

History of the Organization:
For the last four years our focus has been on environmental sustainability. To that end, we performed the professional production, The New Earth, at the Zoellner Arts Center, presented five original children’s eco-themed plays, and held both the Planting the Peace Forest Festival , and the Green Man Festival. We were instrumental in local environmental initiatives, from the creation of the Directory of Organizations Promoting Sustainable Communities, published annually by the Alliance for Sustainable Communities—Lehigh Valley, to the founding of the Seven Generations Green Charter School in Emmaus.
